Dr Maninder is the dynamic Editor and the Assistant General Manager of Ind-Swift Communications Pvt. Ltd. She took over her duties as a Co-Editor, a year and a half back and since then she has been spearheading the publication towards success with her competence as a professional and a stirring force as a leader.

A qualified Dentist from Subharti Dental College, Meerut, she formerly was the faculty member at the National Dental College, Derabassi. As a Dental Practitioner, she has attended elite conferences namely;

• National Annual Conference, Indian Society of Periodontology
• Indian Dental Conference
• And many more elite conferences

She has even completed a course on 'First Aid' organized by 'Safety Circle'. Also, she enthusiastically took part in various dental camps held in different villages and remote area hospitals.

As a student, she was an all rounder and a fervent sports person. She won many accolades for her stupendous performance in sports during school. She has been conferred by;

• She was the district Level winner in Basketball

At present, apart from her Administrative duties, she is also practicing Veterinary Dentistry the degree for which she obtained a year and a half back. She is the visiting Vet dentist at the Pet Care Hospital, Sector 3, Panchkula.

A self-motivated leader having exceptional qualities of head and heart, Dr Maninder gets maximum out of her subordinates to optimize the progress of any organisation. She has acted as a pillar for the company, taking on varied roles from Editorial to Marketing to General Administration. She is a fast learner who knows how to utilize the theory in practice.

A great co-worker and team player who strives for perfection without putting pressure on others, she has always come across as a solution driven professional who takes the necessary risks for business growth.
