Dr Bandana Joshi is presently the Co-Editor of Ind-Swift Communications Pvt. Ltd. Due to her innovative ideas; she had made tremendous improvements in the contents of the magazines. By virtue of being self confident and having self belief, she accepts challenging jobs without hesitation and accomplishes them with pleasure.
Dr. Bandana Joshi has done Bachelors in Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery from Dabur Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College & Hospital, Chandigarh. She also holds the Management Degree from Symbiosis, Pune. After completing her Bachelors, she did clinical work for more than one year. She has also worked at Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar, a renowned research institute of Ram Dev. Besides, she has completed level 2 of Reiki (divine healing).
She has attended many national and international level camps, seminars, and conferences namely Patanjali Yogpeeth Health camp at Kathmandu, Nepal, Panchkarma Training Programme at Chandiagarh, National workshop on Surgical Procedures in Ayurveda at Chandigarh, Arogya Expo, Chandigarh and many more.
She joined Ind Swift Group as Herbal Consultant in 2007 and with her untiring dedication and commitment rose to the position of Co-Editor within a short span of about 2 and half years. Her hard work has always been appreciated by the management in the shape of rewarding her monetary and non-monetary incentives and declaring her the Best Employee of the February, 2010.
As a Co-Editor, she is successfully managing the publication of five magazines namely Trendz in medical world, Pharma Buzz, Ayurvedic Drug Index (ADI), Agrovet Buzz, and Tri-City Calling. She is also heading the Editorial wing of the organization. Due to her cooperative attitude, every employee of the organization seeks advice from her in case of need. Due to her endless urge to explore new areas and to bring innovations, she is a name in the organization.
Dr. Bandana Joshi firmly believes in team performance and is regarded as the backbone of editorial wing.
Her versatility makes her all the more exceptional. A keen and avid writer, Dr Bandana Joshi is passionate about writing. She enthusiastically writes articles on Ayurveda and health care field and many of her articles have found place on websites namely
One of her article on home remedies got published in an Indo- Canadian life style magazine (Utsav).
Also, she is fond of reading fiction and she often expresses her interpretation of the stories through her writings. One such review she wrote on the famous novel "The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari" has appeared in a National daily- 'Dainik Bhaskar'.
Her unique qualities of head and heart have always contributed in bringing new heights to the organization. It gives her contentment to always perform challenging jobs and accomplish them with excellence.
